Web Desk — Premium YouTube is now available in Pakistan allowing users to watch ad-free videos, download videos for offline play, and listen to music without being interrupted by commercials.
A statement from YouTube says: “YouTube Premium offers the ultimate viewing experience on YouTube.” YouTube Music Premium is part of the service offering ad-free music, background play, and downloads on YouTube Music.
Premium YouTube Fee
YouTube Premium fee in Pakistan is Rs479 for which you enjoy membership to YouTube Music Premium. It also offers an ad-free experience with background play and offline downloads for millions of YouTube videos.
Premium Family Plan
A Premium Family Plan is available for Rs899 which allows viewers to share Premium membership with up to five other members of their household.
Music Premium Family Plan is available from Rs479 while YouTube Music Premium is available from Rs299 offering ad-free music, background play, and downloads on YouTube Music.
Student Plan
Students who are eligible can sign up for Premium Student Plan for Rs329. Similarly, Music Premium Student Plan is available for Rs149 on the web and on Android.
The number of YouTube channels with over one million subscribers in Pakistan has surged 35 percent over the year to 400. The number of channels with more than 100,000 subscribers now stands at 6,000. Google’s country head for Pakistan says this is an annual increase of over 30pc.
