Dubai Brings World’s Tallest Residential Building

Web Desk — UAE is bringing the world’s tallest residential building in Dubai. UAE real estate developer Binghatti, in collaboration with the premium watches and jewelry brand, Jacob & Co will construct the skyscraper.

Binghatti, having an investment portfolio of about Dh7 billion (£1.6 billion), said that it would launch a skyscraper to usher in a new era of ultra-luxury living.

CEO Binghatti Muhammad Binghatti, in a statement about the development for the residential development, commented: “We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower.”

“This is the apex of the luxury narrative in this evocative construction, a signature feature that adds further grandeur to the city’s skyline,” Muhammad Binghatti added.

The tallest residential building in Dubai, as of 2022, stands with the 414-meter Princess Tower.

Located in the Business Bay neighbourhood, Binghatti now announced a 100+ story residential development that would include two and three-bedroom homes.

Additionally, an exclusive member’s club and opulent penthouses will be found in the tower with the formal name Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.

An event in this regard will take place on November 16, 2022, in Dubai, all potential buyers will have the chance to register their place.
