Female Tiktoker Assault Case: 15 Suspects arrested

LAHORE: (Web Desk) — Lahore Police have taken 15 men into custody allegedly involved in assaulting and harassing a female TikToker and her companions at the city’s Greater Iqbal Park on Independence Day.

According to the electronic media, these 15 men were nabbed from Lorry Ada, Badami Bagh, and the Shafiq Abad area. Police shifted them to the Lorry Ada police station for further investigation.

To confirm whether they were involved in the shocking incident of assaulting and harassing the female TikToker, police will check their mobile phone location on 14th August.

In a statement, Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Ghulam Mahmood Dogar said the suspects were being identified through videos of the incident shared on social media, and that a number of photos and videos had been sent to the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) to ascertain their identities.

On Tuesday, the Lorry Adda police had registered a case against nearly 400 suspects for harassing and assaulting the woman at Azadi Flyover.
