Many Arab Countries Ban Bell Bottom

DUBAI: (News Desk) Bollywood action hero Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom that opened in India with spectacular reviews has been banned in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait۔

Earlier United Arab Emirates (UAE) also banned the movie but later it gave a green signal to the Akshay Kumar starrer.

Bollywood Hungama reported that Bell Bottom was initially not cleared in the UAE because it presented the country in a bad way. Later the UAE authorities allowed the movie to be shown in cinemas.

The Bell Bottom story is about an undercover cop who is on a mission to release an Indian plane and its passengers from hijackers.
