Israel Wants Destabilization in Middle East: Tucker Carlson

Tucker Carlson allegations on Israel

Tuesday, 03 March 2026 | Web Desk

Prominent American conservative commentator and journalist Tucker Carlson has made explosive allegations that authorities in Qatar and Saudi Arabia have arrested agents from Israel’s Mossad spy agency who were allegedly planning bomb attacks in both Gulf countries.

In a video shared on his show and widely circulated on social media platform X, Carlson claimed that the arrests occurred overnight, with operatives allegedly preparing to carry out bombings aimed at destabilizing the region.

‘Why Would Israel Bomb Gulf Countries?’

Carlson questioned the logic behind such alleged operations, particularly at a time when Gulf states are themselves under attack from Iran.

“Why would the Israelis be committing bombings in Gulf countries, which are also being attacked by Iran?” Carlson asked during his broadcast. “Aren’t they on the same side?”.

The commentator argued that Israel’s objectives extend far beyond targeting Iran, suggesting Tel Aviv seeks to weaken multiple Gulf states simultaneously.

Broader Regional Target List

According to Carlson’s analysis, Israel’s alleged destabilization efforts are aimed at a wide range of Gulf nations:

“Israel wants to hurt Iran – and Qatar, and the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, and Oman and Kuwait,” he stated, claiming that Israel deliberately sows chaos among America’s Arab allie.

Carlson suggested that by executing such plots, the Israeli regime would inflict considerable harm on these countries’ economies and regional stability. He specifically cited Dubai, highlighting the potential economic and tourism losses if attacks had succeeded there.

No Official Confirmation

Neither Saudi nor Qatari authorities have officially confirmed or commented on Carlson’s claims. Israeli officials have also remained silent regarding the allegations.

Security experts suggest that any confirmed Mossad activity in the region would raise serious concerns about civilian safety and regional stability, particularly amid the ongoing Iran-US-Israel conflict.

Context of Regional Tensions

Carlson’s allegations come amid escalating conflict between US-Israeli forces and Iran, which has now entered its fifth day. The war has drawn in multiple regional actors, with Iranian retaliatory strikes hitting US bases in Bahrain and other Gulf states.

On Monday, a drone strike sparked what was described as a “limited fire” at Saudi Aramco’s oil refinery in Ras Tanura. Iran’s Foreign Ministry denied responsibility, instead claiming that Israel and the US have been carrying out drone attacks from bases in Arab countries.

Tehran has accused Washington and Tel Aviv of trying to provoke Arab states into attacking Iran and sparking a wider conflict across the Muslim world.

Carlson’s History with Israel

The allegations are not Carlson’s first controversial statements regarding Israel. In February, he claimed Israeli security officials detained him and his production team in Tel Aviv. In 2025, a pro-Israel advocacy group named Carlson its “Antisemite of the Year,” citing his opposition to Israel’s actions in Gaza.

The latest claims, if verified, could significantly impact diplomatic relations and security dynamics across the Gulf region at a time of extreme volatility.
