Pakistan’s auto market saw a strong year-on-year rebound in November 2025, with total sales of cars, LCVs, vans, and jeeps rising 51.9% to 15,442 units, compared to 10,163 units in November last year, according to the latest data from the Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA).
However, monthly sales slipped 10.9% from 17,333 units recorded in October 2025.
July–November 2025 Performance
Across the first five months of FY26, auto sales reached 75,033 units, marking a 47.5% increase from 50,856 units during the same period of FY25.
The industry’s overall production also remained strong. In November 2025, manufacturers produced 166,149 units across all categories, with 165,753 units sold. From July to November 2025, total production climbed to 766,251 units, a significant 32.6% rise compared to 577,859 units last year.
Passenger Cars (1300cc and above)
Toyota stayed ahead in this category, producing 3,056 units of the Corolla, Yaris, and Corolla Cross, and selling 3,236 units in November.
Honda built 2,198 units of the City and Civic, recording 2,359 units sold, reflecting strong buyer interest.
Small Cars and Hatchbacks
Suzuki Swift: 1,101 units produced, 1,367 sold.
Suzuki Alto (below 1000cc): 5,124 units produced, 4,069 sold, reinforcing its position as a top seller.
SUVs and Pickups
The SUV and pickup segment posted healthy numbers with 3,537 units produced and 3,034 units sold in November.
Toyota Fortuner and IMV lineup: 1,311 units produced, 1,107 sold.
Honda BR-V and HR-V continued steady demand.
New crossover models also gained market momentum.
Trucks, Buses, and Tractors
The commercial vehicle segment saw 607 trucks and buses produced and 530 sold, led by manufacturers like Hino, Isuzu, and JAC.

The farm tractor sector performed exceptionally well:
November: 2,971 units produced, 3,663 sold.
July–November: 9,860 units produced, 9,530 sold, reflecting strong agricultural demand.
