Fatima Hasan’s Revealing Outfit at IPPA

Web Desk — An untoward situation occurred during the International Pakistan Prestige Awards (IPPA) held in Istanbul on Oct 31, 2021.

Models Fatima Hasan and Mushk Kaleem were to host the red carpet together at the star-studded event. However, the show administration stopped Fatima from hosting the red carpet because her attire was too ‘revealing’.

Fatima was wearing a black off-shoulder sequin gown with an open slit. Later she took to Instagram to share what happened during the show.

According to Fatima, she had taken prior approval for her dress from the show administration.

On her Instagram story, Fatima wrote, “Got ready and went to the red carpet and was told that the outfit is too revealing and I can’t shoot and be broadcasted on Hum TV in this.”

“No one had asked me or give me any guidelines before this. I had shared my outfits with the production team just as safety measures and they approved it. Wish I was given proper guidelines beforehand and saved from this humiliation,” Fatima added.
Fatima later updated on Instagram that she used a sweater as a make-do shrug to cover her body and look appropriate for the show.

Fatima then expressed gratitude for the support she received after many spoke out in her favour.
