Criminal Trial Against Donald Trump

Web Desk – The prosecution and defense made their final arguments to jurors in the criminal trial against Donald Trump.

Prosecutors argued Trump falsified business records to conceal an alleged affair that could’ve harmed his chances of becoming president. The prosecution further claimed that he tried to “hoodwink the American voter.”

Trump’s defense team dismissed the charges calling them baseless. They said there was not “a shred of evidence” and that the prosecution’s case relies on the testimony of an untrustworthy witness.

Power now shifts to the jury as closing arguments finished in the Trump trial.
