Web Desk — Online sale of Pakistan Super League (PSL) tickets will begin at 3 p.m. today. The minimum price is set at Rs500.
For all early-round matches, cricket fans can purchase tickets through cricket.bookme.pk after 3 pm, as the board has also rolled out the early bird offer, which provides discounted first-class and general enclosure tickets.
As well, board officials imposed Covid-induced rules as immunization certificates are a requirement for tickets. One CNIC can be used to purchase six tickets, and payments can be made by credit card or mobile wallet.
Fans over the age of 12 must be fully inoculated and all ticket holders must present their immunization certificates and CNIC at the time of entry.
The prices for the first match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans are Rs 2,500 for the VIP enclosure, Rs 2,000 for the premium enclosure, Rs 1,500 for the first-class enclosure, and Rs 500 for the general enclosure.
Tickets for the final have been set at Rs4,000 for the VIP enclosure, Rs 3,000 for the premium enclosure, Rs 2,500 for the first-class enclosure, and Rs 1,500 for the general enclosure.
Ticket prices for the other three play-offs scheduled for 23, 24, and 25 February are at Rs3,000 for VIP enclosure, Rs2,500 for the premium enclosure, Rs2,000 for a first-class enclosure, and Rs 1,000 for the general enclosure.
Fans can also purchase tickets for Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis Enclosures, which have been designated as Hospitality Stands at the Gaddafi Stadium. These enclosures range in price from PKR4,000 to PKR7,000, depending on the day and match.
Prior to December 30, 2021, Pakistan’s top monitoring body allowed 100 percent attendance for the matches. However, that may be reduced in light of the increased Covid-19 cases.
The seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League will be played between January 27 and February 27 in Karachi and Lahore. The first 15 matches will take place at Karachi’s National Stadium. The league will move to Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on February 10.
