‘NAP’ Will Be Implemented With Full Force; PM

Web Desk — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, following the suicide attack in Peshawar, said he would ensure that “the National Action Plan (NAP) is implemented in full force” and with comprehensiveness.

The Prime Minister visited the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) on Monday evening to inquire about the injured in the deadly blast that took place at Malik Saad Shaheed mosque in Police Lines during Zuhr prayer. The deadly attack also claimed at least 72 lives and injured more than 150 people.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir was with the premier. Both met the injured and directed the hospital to provide the best medical facilities to them.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was accompanied by Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan, and Information and Broadcasting Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb.
