Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has taken a major political decision, signaling its willingness to move toward political reconciliation.
According to Express News sources, PTI is ready to take the next step and will initiate contact with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for this purpose.
Sources say the engagement will take place through the platform of the opposition alliance, Tehreek-e-Tahafuz Ayeen-e-Pakistan (TTAP). The PPP is expected to be invited to participate in a two-day national conference.
Notably, PTI has decided not to invite the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) to the conference.

Sources further reveal that the purpose of calling the national conference is to create a pathway for political dialogue. Alliance chief Mahmood Khan Achakzai is expected to set a meeting with PTI founder Imran Khan as a condition for initiating these talks.
