NAB Summons Imran, Bushra Bibi in ToshaKhana Case

Web Desk — The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned PTI chairman Imran Khan on March 9 in the Toshakhana case. Former first lady Bushra Bibi has also been served a call-up notice for the same date.

Dated February 17, the call-up notice, says Imran has been summoned by NAB Rawalpindi in the Toshakhana case for recording his statement.

The bureau, according to the sources, has gathered all the relevant Toshakhana records from the Cabinet Division and the Prime Minister’s Office.

Imran has been asked about expensive watches and rings he received from Toshakhana. The PTI chairman has also been asked to bring along the complete record of gifts he has bought from the Toshakhana.

Imran Khan has also been told to bring with him the record of diamond gifts, five Rolex watches, an iPhone, and a customized watch set he is believed to have received during his time as the prime minister.

Imran Khan has accusations of purchasing state gifts at low prices.
