PTI Foreign Funding Case Verdict Reserved

PTI foreign funding case verdict

Monitoring Desk — The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday reserved the verdict in the PTI “foreign funding” case.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja conducted a hearing on the case at ECP, Islamabad. He said that justice will be done with all the parties. Raja in his remarks said he learned a lot during the hearings of this case.

The PTI foreign funding case verdict has been reserved after 8 years. Applicant Akbar S Babar while talking to the media thanked Allah and said finally the verdict has been reserved and hopefully, justice will prevail. Babar clarified that he did not have personal grudges or malice toward the PTI leadership.

Babar is a founding member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) but he was later expelled from the party for pursuing the foreign funding case.
