MQM To Support Opposition’s No-Confidence Motion

MQMP to support No confidence motion

Monitoring Desk — In a big surprise, MQM-Pakistan has decided to desert the ruling PTI to join hands with the Opposition to support the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.

With this latest political development, the PTI government has lost simple majority in the National Assembly. Hence, the no-confidence motion against PM Imran Khan will likely be successful.

With 177 members, the Opposition now has more numbers in the National Assembly and there is no need to have the support of disgruntled PTI MNAs. On the other hand, the government is left with the support of only 164 members in the National Assembly.
