While answering Wasi Shah\u2019s candid questions, Robi Anam revealed that her husband, Azhar Butt, is fully aware of all her past relationships. She said, “I have always been truthful with him. I told him everything about my past because I simply cannot lie. It’s not in my nature to hide the truth.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her Biggest Regret<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The conversation took a deeply emotional turn when Robi Anam spoke about her life\u2019s biggest regret \u2014 her decision to enter the stage drama industry. Fighting back tears, she admitted that her stubbornness to work in stage plays cost her many close relationships. “If I could speak to my father today, who is no longer in this world, I would tell him that my biggest regret is choosing stage dramas over my relationships,” she said, breaking down into tears. However, after her father’s death, her mother insisted that she should settle down. At one point, she wished to marry a man who was already married, but her mother opposed this proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Eventually, Robi Anam agreed to an arranged marriage. She married Azhar, who belongs to Kashmir, and they have now been happily married for 17 years.
