Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has offered a proposal to the establishment or the government during a recent media interaction. She asked what Imran Khan could do to make his release from prison possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responding to her statement on Geo News, senior journalist and political analyst Muneeb Farooq expressed skepticism, saying the chances of such an offer being accepted under the current circumstances appear very slim. \u201cIn Pakistan, anything is possible, but right now, it doesn\u2019t look like anyone is taking her offer seriously,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Farooq, Imran Khan currently has nothing of value to offer the establishment. \u201cThe country\u2019s economy is stabilizing, political order has returned, and following Operation Bunyan-e-Marsous, both the army and Field Marshal Asim Munir have seen a rise in popularity \u2014 and all of this has happened without Imran Khan\u2019s support.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added, \u201cThere\u2019s no trust left in Imran Khan. One day he takes one position, the next day he says something entirely different. The system is running more smoothly without him, and at the moment, there is no deal being considered with him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farooq also downplayed speculation around recent Pakistani American business delegations visiting Pakistan, saying, \u201cThere\u2019s no reason to assume they are here for Imran Khan. They likely have their own commercial interests.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
