Web Desk:<\/strong> In a powerful and unanimous move, Pakistan\u2019s National Assembly on Monday passed a strongly worded resolution condemning India\u2019s alleged water aggression and false flag operations, warning that any attempt to block Pakistan\u2019s water will be viewed as an open declaration of war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chaired by Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, the parliamentary session slammed India\u2019s suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty, calling it a blatant violation of international law and a deliberate provocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolution Condemns Indian False Flag Tactics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The resolution also strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and rejected India\u2019s attempts to blame Pakistan without evidence. Lawmakers called it part of a “systematic and malicious campaign” aimed at tarnishing Pakistan\u2019s international image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPakistan categorically condemns all forms of terrorism. The killing of innocent civilians goes against our core values,\u201d the resolution emphasized, reaffirming Pakistan\u2019s status as a victim, not a sponsor, of terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full Support Reaffirmed for Kashmiris\u2019 Struggle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Reiterating Pakistan\u2019s unwavering commitment, the Assembly expressed full political, moral, and diplomatic support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Lawmakers called the Kashmiri struggle for self-determination a just and legitimate cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The resolution also condemned India\u2019s involvement in sponsoring terrorism and orchestrating targeted killings within Pakistan and across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any Aggression Will Be Met With a Decisive Response<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Assembly made it clear that any Indian misadventure would face a strong and decisive response, similar to the military retaliation following the 2019 Balakot airstrike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPakistan will defend its sovereignty at all costs and will never compromise on national security,\u201d the resolution declared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaker Slams India\u2019s Baseless Allegations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Speaker Ayaz Sadiq criticized India for consistently leveling baseless allegations against Pakistan without proof. He reminded the international community of Pakistan\u2019s heavy sacrifices in the war against terrorism, including the loss of over 90,000 lives. He also called for an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Omar Ayub\u2019s Hard-Hitting Speech: \u201cWater Blockade Is Act of War\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Opposition Leader Omar Ayub delivered a fiery speech, warning that India\u2019s suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty was a dangerous step. \u201cThis treaty once sparked wars between India and Pakistan. Suspending it again will be considered an act of war,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stressed national unity in the face of aggression: \u201cIf war breaks out, the entire nation, including the opposition, will defend Pakistan with our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Referring to historical criticism, he added, \u201cIf General Ayub Khan sold our rivers, how is India now able to block them? The facts speak otherwise.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fazlur Rehman Walks Out Over Government\u2019s \u2018Lack of Seriousness\u2019<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In a dramatic moment, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman walked out of the Assembly, accusing the government of failing to take the crisis seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said to the media, \u201cThis House should\u2019ve been full today. Yet the front row is empty. Who are we supposed to speak to?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fazlur Rehman expressed frustration over the absence of senior government officials during a national emergency. \u201cIf the government was serious, it would have consulted us and taken the House into confidence,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response, Deputy Speaker Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry persuaded Maulana Fazl and other JUI-F lawmakers to return to the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
