Case to come up on March 26, 2024,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top electoral body issued the order on a petition filed by JUI\u2019s Muhammad Kafeel, seeking the disqualification of Gandapur, an MPA elected from PK-113, Dera Ismail Khan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The petitioner pleaded that 735 kanal land in Mouzah Girah Muhabbat and Muzah Rohri, Tehsil Kulachi, district DI Khan was transferred in the name of the KP chief minister on a \u201ctemporary basis\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The petition further added that Gandapur was the \u201costensible owner\u201d while Asif Khan was the \u201csole and absolute owner\u201d of the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It says, \u201cThat in assets and liabilities forms furnished for the year 2020 and duly published respondent No. 5 has shown the purchase of vehicle, Toyota Land Cruiser, from the funds received from the sale of 735 kanal land ie the subject property.
