Web Desk — Now you can set both an image and an avatar as your profile photo on Instagram by using a new dynamic profile photo feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instagram tweeted, “You can put your avatar on the other side of your pic and those who visit your profile can flip between the two.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After creating your avatar, you can use it as your profile picture and in many other ways on Instagram. You can follow these steps to edit your avatar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simply open Instagram on your smartphone<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then tap on your profile or your profile picture<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tap on Edit Profile at the top<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then scroll down to the avatar section and tap on Edit avatar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you can make changes to your avatar\u2019s appearance, such as changing the skin tone, outfit, and hairstyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you complete the changes, tap on Done and Save changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its users, Instagram just made Quiet Mode available. Those who use Instagram will be able to notify their followers that they are not active on the site by setting their account\u2019s status to \u201cIn Quiet Mode\u201d with the new feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
